Why does my order Audit Fail?

There are many reasons for failing an audit. Here are some common reasons:

• File opening error, please provide a file in the correct format.;
• The file format is not supported, please convert the 3D file to .step format.;
• Change file.;
• Process requirements are too high, the current process capability of our factory cannot support the production of this order.;
• The product structure is designed to be irregular, which is prone to damage and deformation.;
• The 3D file and the 2D technical drawing are not for the same part. Please confirm that.;
• The material is not supported. Please contact the salesperson to feedback the purpose of your product, and we will recommend alternative materials to you.;
• The dimensional tolerance is beyond our factory's process capability.;
• The shape tolerance is beyond our factory's process capability.;
• The position tolerance is beyond our factory's process capability.;
• The surface roughness you require is beyond the factory's process capability.;
• Wall thickness in the design has not reached at least 0.8mm, please modify the file.;
• Wall thickness in the design has not reached at least 1.5mm, please modify the file.;
• The surface finish you choose can not be applied to this material.;
• Wall thickness in the design has not reached at least 1mm, please modify the file.;
• To prevent parts from deforming during transportation, as the gradual increase in weather temperature, 1. It's recommended to use the following Resin models with good heat resistant: DSM Ledo, UTR8220, UTR Therm, DSM Taurus, Perform. 2. Wall thickness is thicken into ≥2mm.;
• The hole is too deep which can not be processed.;
