The parts they made are top-notch, meeting all the production standards and using good materials. The customer service was patient and helpful, always there to answer my questions and make any adjustments I needed. I liked that they let me check and approve the sample before going ahead. The quality turned out great and I'm satisfied with the outcome. The only thing I think they could improve is communication. Sometimes they took a bit longer to get back to me, and it would be great if they kept me updated on the progress and any delays or changes. It would also help if they gave more detailed cost estimates upfront. Overall, I'd give them a 4-star rating for their CNC aluminum alloy machining service. The quality and service are really good, just a few minor areas for improvement. I'd still recommend them to others as a reliable partner.
